The truth doesn't set you free
Reina Ellis is still fighting to piece together the gaps in her memory, still haunted by the fire, the dead girl, and the role she might have played in it all. Asher Carson, her future husband, has made his intentions clear: he will make her bow, he will make her break, and she will pay for what she's done.
But as the pieces of the past begin to surface, nothing is what it seemed. The night Reina can't remember holds more secrets than either of them expected, and the truth about what happened to Asher's sister threatens to shatter everything he believes. The closer Reina gets to the answers, the more dangerous the questions become, because the person she used to be might not be the person everyone thinks she is.
With their marriage of convenience turning into something far more complicated, Reina and Asher are caught between revenge and desire, between the lies they've told each other and the truths they've been running from. When the past finally catches up with them, they'll have to decide if the truth can set them free, or if some truths are too heavy to survive.

After the cliffhanger at the end of All the Lies, I needed this book immediately, and All the Truths delivered everything I hoped for and more. Rina Kent takes the amnesia romance to a whole new level here, turning the mystery of Reina's past into a web of secrets that keeps you guessing until the very end. Asher Carson remains the moodiest, most magnetic anti-hero, and watching his obsession with Reina evolve as the truth comes out is absolutely gripping. This is dark romance at its most addictive.
What impressed me most is how the author handles the reveals. The first book built the mystery around the fire and the dead girl, and this one pays it off in ways I genuinely didn't see coming. Nothing is as simple as it seemed: the person Reina used to be, the role she played in Asher's sister's death, the secrets everyone around her has been keeping. Every answer raises new questions, and the pacing is relentless. I listened to the last third of this book in one sitting, completely unable to stop.
The chemistry between Reina and Asher is the heart of the story. In the first book, he was her tormentor, certain of her guilt. Here, as the truth begins to crack his certainty, we see the grief underneath his cruelty and the man he became when his sister died. The way their relationship shifts, from enemies to something more complicated, is written with the perfect balance of tension and emotion. The steam is still there, but it's the emotional wreckage that really gets you.
The narration by Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott is superb, just like in the first book. They capture Asher's cold intensity and Reina's growing determination perfectly, and the dual narration makes the emotional beats hit even harder. At 6 hours and 44 minutes, it's a tight, well-paced listen that wraps up the duet beautifully. If you've read All the Lies, you need this conclusion, and if you haven't started the duet yet, do yourself a favor and binge both books back to back. This is Rina Kent at her best.
